Here is the Solution. 1. For those of you still on Windows XP, select Start and then Run. Then enter the following: "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\" You could also enter the above line into a Windows Explorer window. 2. For Windows Vista, 7, or 8 users, select the Start circle as I call it and enter "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\" into the Search field or as I mentioned for XP users, simply enter it into a Windows Explorer window. Find the directory named Default in the User Data directory and move it or rename it(I renamed mine Default_orig), 3. Otherwise Make a clean Uninstall and install it again.
